I brought my Dog here 3 different times and spent over 200 dollars only to be in the same place I started when i originally brought him in. I brought him in the first time because he was shaking his head repeatedly, they gave him a 14 day ear drop treatment and told me that he had a small amount of bacteria in his ears. After the 14 day treatment... he started shaking his head just as much as he did in the beginning. So I brought him in for another visit. They brought him into the back then came back out with him and said... "yep everything looks good! We aren't sure why he is still shaking his head but just give him the original ear drops we gave you once a week and see what that does for him." I said okay (kinda confused) but still willing to try it. After several days and continuing the ear drop treatment... his shaking only got worse. So I called them again and asked if I could bring him back in to fix the original problem. They said "Sure bring him in." and set up an appointment. This time was the 3rd time I was bringing him in for the same issues that we started with. When we arrived for the 3rd visit... they brought him into the back and shortly there after brought him back out and told me that he looked great and that they still had no idea why he was shaking his ears, except this time they gave him a steroid shot without my permission and charged me 40 dollars for it but yet had no idea why he was still shaking his head. 🤔 This comment is being made about 5 days after that last visit and his ears literally have crap all in them. Not sure what it is exactly but I can promise you he will not be going back to this vet. If you value your hard earned money, time and pets... I strongly suggest going to a different clinic because this one was not capable of fixing the problem but yet had no issues with charging me multiple times and giving shots without my permission.

The BEST vet ever! Amy is always very knowledgeable and loving to our pets. Our 14 and 7 old labs were well taken care of and checked out today. They both love Amy and her great staff……would never go anywhere else!!

Just came from River Regions vet and, as always, Amy and her team are fantastic. I drive all the way from Montgomery to use them, and I wouldn’t change for anything! My two cats get the best care with them, and the girls love Amy and her team! If Gracie and Morgie love them, then I love them! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

It is very disheartening to see some of these reviews. We brought our puppy to River Region without seeing any reviews, and I have to say that EVERYONE at River Region has been kind, courteous, loving, and very knowledgeable. Who wouldn’t want someone who is passionate about the care of our babies. My Nico has received every service from them. He goes to the daycare, has been boarded, receives grooming services, and vet services. I’m from the Midwest and the prices here are very reasonable. He has been going here since we got him at 8 weeks and he is now 13 months old. He gets so excited to see everyone there. So please see for yourself because I wouldn’t take my Nico anywhere else. 10/10 the absolute BEST around! This wonderful group has went above and beyond to help save and rehome so many animals without batting an eye! I have personally witnessed the lives they have had to save and it has been a true blessing to know that every animal they come into contact with has been in their care has known love and compassion from them! I will always be grateful to them for doing what others will not by trying to save these poor animals! Keep up the good work guys. Because of you they’re getting a second chance at life!
