This was the best investment for my Old English Bulldog, especially to fly her overseas from L.A. to Hawaii. She loves her new kennel and feels comfortable in her new home. The crate pad also worked wonders and remained dry throughout her stay while in quarantine. Best crate indeed!!

The best crate for air travel. It took me a while to purchase this piece of art. Simply because I am from Europe and the shipping costs is about 20-30% of the crate. I needed a crate for air transport of an Australian Shepherd. Not a large breed but for 10-15hours flight the dog needs more space. I tried a plastic crate (similar to Vari kenel) but he did not fit in 40” size. In the end, I bought collapsible from ImpactDogCrate. Size 48” gave enough room for the dog. Plus the option to collapse it saved me at the airport. There are no carts for 48” crate. You need to go through the airport with collapsed crate and with a dog on leash. Than you ImpactDogCrates for sharing tips how to flight with a dog, they were really helpful. And airport crew said it’s the best crate they have ever seen. We made a trip from Germany to USA and it was easier than I expected 😅 For the next flight I will buy a wheel cart from Impact as well so it’s gives me more flexibility at the airport.

We bought two collapsible crates for our GSDs. We are keeping both dogs, one male 40+” and one female 40”, intact, so we need a secure way to transport and to house them without any accidents. What if we go on vacation and Elsa goes into heat? We’re ready to go with these quality crates. And they are a breeze to set up. The smaller crate fits in our car, so the other crate will be collapsed until we reach our destination or campground. We’re very happy with our purchase and we’re glad we only need to buy them once! The wire crates will now serve their second purpose as chicken transport crates to the processors. Chicken feet and necks for the dogs! Win win.

Impact crates customer service has been beyond fantastic! I originally order 3 collapsible crates, pads and liners for my 3 pups but I was so worried about sizing because my dogs are long/tall. Once I received my order they made it easy to exchange since I did have a sizing issue (thought one was too big). Made the switch pretty easy and found out that the one I switched to was unfortunately too tall for the airline we’re traveling on. Impact was more than generous with switching my crate size (again) because of my mistake. They have been nothing but kind and patient with me since I’m struggling with my first overseas move! The crates are impeccable - crafted from lightweight metal so it’s easy to pick up but still sturdy enough that we know our pups will be protected throughout our move. We invested in these crates because we know they’ll last us years to come. So very pleased with our purchase and can’t recommend them enough! Victor from Mexico, who works at YVR, sees a lot of dogs go through international departures. After security inspection and putting the crate on the dolly it was time to load our Luna for her journey to the Junior Agility World Championships. One door was partially blocked. “We will put her in this one” we said. “TWO doors!? You have a Lamborghini” was Victor’s reply. Yes, yes we do 😉 Love our Impact for our Luna. It has taken her to Oregon, Alberta, New Brunswick, and twice to Amsterdam… so far. And this is in addition to it being her daily ride in our minivan.

We love this crate!!! We recently rescued an emaciated female mastiff, the wire crate we had purchased was not cutting it! We are so thankful for Impact Crates donating Mabel a collapsible crate to keep her safe and secure. Highly recommend Impact Crates!
