We have been taking our dogs & cats here for years, my folks still live nearby, so I still bring my two dogs here from our home in NE Georgia. Today, I sat in the car with my Grandpups while my daughter took them in one at a time to get updated vaccinations and flea, tick and heartworm preventative. My pups in first photo and hers waiting for her to return to the car after checking out at the front desk in the second. Dr. Adams (both father and son) are the BEST & their staff is always excellent and welcoming. Our dogs are not scared to go to this vet office at all❣️

I took my baby Caesar today to have him sedated for the doctor to determine his condition. I was told by the doctor that they would sedate him at noon today. It's after 10 pm and no word from anyone. No sort of update at all. I have attempted to call with no answer. My spouse has tried as well. We even called the emergency number, but nobody has called us back. I just hope and pray that he is ok... but I am very much upset with the communication with this clinic.

I would not recommend this vet especially in emergency situations even if your dog is dying in the back of your car or bleeding from his mouth from being attacked. Only if you are a patient of theirs will they take time for you. It's a good thing the don't accept new patients which is another stupid thing they do. I wouldn't be paid to come here again and try to get help.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! I have never dealt with such horrible front counter staff! I had been talking to them on the phone about my Dachshund, they gave me some home remedies but told me to bring him in if it persisted. He started vomiting so I took him in and the lady at the counter said, “it’s surgery day and we can’t see him.” Then proceeded to say “you must not care about your dog that much since you waited to bring him in!” I did exactly as they told me to! They are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Take your pets to B&A Animal Hospital! They took care of my baby IMMEDIATELY!

I just had my 1st visit. I had a urine same to drop off in the absence of a stray dog we try to care for. After abt a 40 minute wait in the lobby I just happened to ask for an ETA on it and they hadnt even taken it back. The young lady said it hasnt been done because it had just been left sitting there. No apology for any inconvenience. That goes a long way just fyi...Not 1 smile from any one. I dont understand that, really. You're the 1st and last impression of the person you're there to represent. It can make or break any office. That's customer service. Because of the delay, While w/ the dr. A staff member came in and said theres a woman that needs you now, to me. It was my 88 yr old, half blind mother who had been waiting outside wondering what's taking so long. She didnt know. After returning to the car my mom was upset bcs the girl kept telling her that I wasnt even there. There was no one by that name checked in at their clinic. My mom said yes there is. Im sitting in her car here. When she insisted I was there, she said the girl made a face like whatever and just walked off leaving her standing there. The Dr. Was wonderful though. I am very grateful for the opportunity to have been seen without the dog and it didn't cost much at all. I am so so grateful overall for being seen and having meds for my furr friend. He was very friendly and warm. I appreciate that. The only thing I'd say is you can be the best in anything, but only as good as the ppl you surround yourself by. Overall I'll be back. I'll just try to only focus on why I'm there and as long as my friend gets the best care by the dr. Over all that's what matters most. I do hope if whomever reads these reviews that some of it can be taken into consideration. We aren't just numbers. We're ppl with schedules and at times limited resources to deal with furr friend emergencies. Please value that. Thank you for listening
