This place has the worst service I’ve ever experienced.. I took my rabbit here to be neutered, and at first everything was fine. However, when I went to pick him up from the vet, they did not give me the pain medication that I was supposed to get until I explicitly asked for it (they were about to send me off without it). Additionally, the receptionist encouraged me to hold my bunny when I got home to keep him warm. It wasn’t until I did my own research that I found out I should not have been handling him within the first few days. At this point, I realized that there was a lot of after-care information that was not delivered to me at the time of pick-up, nor did they inform me that the *limited* after-care information they DID provide me with was hidden in the back of a packet of medical papers. The worst part was the pain medicine situation: they gave me five days’ worth of medicine with a prescription for ten days. So, when I called and asked them to correct the issue, they told me to come in to pick up the additional five but didn’t tell me that they were CHARGING me for it. I called afterward to ask for a refund, and they never corrected the issue, stating that someone “signed off” on the medicine to confirm that it was for ten days. I did not spill or misplace any of the medicine—they simply did not give me enough and were too cheap to admit to this mistake. They never issued a refund for the medicine that I had ALREADY PAID FOR in the first place. I’m NEVER coming back and will continually let people know not to bring their business here. The interactions that I had with them were extremely unprofessional, immature, and frankly dangerous. My bunny could have suffered as a result of their carelessness (and, of course, I would have had to pay for the damage for not “properly” caring for him after the procedure). Take your business elsewhere.

Wonderful care from Dr. Brady as always. Front staff was so friendly and the techs were great as well. Got my girl feeling all better and we are both so grateful.

Very disappointed in their billing and greed. When you prescribe 10 days of pain medication after surgery and indicate there is 10 days on the prescription bottle, that's what you should provide! Not have the consumer use their time and gas to come back to get the 5 days of medication that was missing and charge them again for the needed medication!

All the vets and techs are great! Dr. Zimmerman has been helping to care for a derm problem with our cats, and she has been prompt, knowledgeable and understanding. Very pleased with the care our fur babies have received here!

Absolutely amazing experience! My dragon had a prolapse and they got me right in right away and took care of the problem. I then scheduled an appointment for my dog because they were so great. Reasonably priced. The staff was incredible! Highly recommended!

The Palmyra Animal Clinic turned a stressful and terrible situation that we dealt with at the Valley Animal Hospital, and treated our Pig the absolute best! Pig had a hematoma in his ear that needed to be surgically fixed that resulted from a bad ear infection. Once the appointment was scheduled, We were able to have the consultation and surgery in the same day. The staff spoke to us with respect, allowed me to ask all the questions I had and complimented our boy about how much character he had and explained what the outcome was going to be. I also loved that Dr. Haan himself called pre and post surgery to share the details and spoke in words I’d understand! Of course pig wasn’t thrilled about having a cone on his head, but the staff at PAC did such a great job and his post-surgery ear barely crinkled at all. Should our fur babies ever need veterinary care in the future, we will definitely be back.
