Description Western Star Ranch was established in 2005 by Jon and Kimberley Hur and their four boys. With limited opportunities in the area for camping and meeting locations, they sought out a "country life" in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. After purchasing 32 acres in Justin, about 12 miles northwest of the Texas Motor Speedway, they added several animals to their family,currently exceeding 100 animals, including cats, dogs, birds, bunnies, cattle,horses, donkeys, and goats. They would like to share their ranch and facilities withothers, including, but not limited to, Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Civil AirPatrol, U.S. Naval Sea Cadets, and church groups.
