I called and was seen same-day. I have 3 bulldogs and needed my boy seen for his ear infection and major allergies. He knew bulldogs well, he took his time examining Manny, explaining everything to me. Prescribed my boy apoquel for allergies and this is first time my boy has been able to sleep without scratching and being miserable. I am one happy bulldog mom. I can't thank the vet and his staff enough. Job well done!!!

My pets are somewhat difficult and not very trusting. But Dr. Palmer and his assistant are always able to put them at ease and give them the best level of care. He is very knowledgeable and also listens to your concerns as a pet parent and answers your questions. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Wow how lucky could I get to find this place. I stopped in this town bks I was not feeling well. As soon as I started to recover my poodle Mr. Pipper had an abscessed tooth and needed surgery. This place saved the day and gave my 15+ year old boy some happier days. Thanks so much. Highly recommend!

Been many times to take my pug and Dr. Palmer is a great vet. Josh goes above and beyond to help as well. Plus they got the best dog food you can buy. Highly recommend!

It is easy to tell that an animal companion/s are a very important to them personally. The staff has great empathy toward patients and their friends because they have been in the same or similar place once upon a time. Also the doctor will not dance around important health issues... He is Frank and will not talk down to the patients friends, like some doctors do.

I took my puppy Nyla to Dr. Palmer yesterday for her to be spayed. This was my first experience with Dr. Palmer and his staff and it has been nothing short of phenomenal. I was worried this morning that Nyla may have popped her stitches so I called and spoke to the vet tech ( I believe his name was Joshua ) and he was very friendly , informative, & comforting . 10/10 best vet in NEA . Wouldn’t trust anyone else with Nyla , & every pet to follow .
