Description Lewistown Fire-Rescue provides fire protection, fire prevention, public-ed, code management, vehicle extrication, tech-rescue, HAZMAT response, and EMS, in addition to other requested service responses to the City of Lewistown and of the Lewistown Rural Fire District. Lewistown Fire-Rescue responds to 1000+ calls annually. Lewistown Fire-Rescue is responsible for responding to all calls for service within the city and rural fire district. The City of Lewistown has a population of approximately 6,000 residents covering an area of approximately five square miles.
