Went to Key Largo on our honeymoon and this was by far our favorite part of the whole trip! The entire staff was so happy and friendly and accommodating. Interacting with the dolphins was amazing and they made it so fun and easy for us. We highly recommend Island Dolphin Care! Definitely visit them if you are able to…you won’t be disappointed!

Had a great time meeting the dolphins and staff here! My husband and I stumbled in due to bad traffic, and they were so accommodating. You can tell that they put so much care into the dolphins and their well being. They are so friendly and well trained. This facility seems to really want to create opportunity for children with special needs and give the dolphins a good life.

We had the best time doing a tour of the facility and the meet and greet with the dolphins. Danielle, Alyssa and Joe were so helpful, knowledgeable and fun. Highly recommend if you are in the keys.

Visiting Island Dolphin Care was the best part of our trip to Key Largo! We did the Tour ($20 per person) and Meet the Pod ($100 pp) experience. On the tour, we learned about the facility, program history, therapy services, and dolphin care. On the Meet, we got to see up close how the trainer and dolphin interact and be involved ourselves (giving belly rubs, commands, and fish treats). A great experience for all ages! Bonus: the fees go to support a valuable program

We had such a pleasant and wonderful experience here. We were walking by the neighborhood. Peeked In and within 4 hours we were scheduled for the tour and our 8 year old daughter got to sit with the trainers and personally train the dolphins. Love the experience, staff was so grateful , humble, and friendly. This is the perfect family spot to learn more about dolphins, therapy with dolphins and truly give back to a non profit organization that loves their animals

My 9 y/o granddaughter participated in their Dolphin Ambassador program last week. For 4 hours, she worked with the trainers & caretakers & learned so much. She was able to participate in feeding & training the Dolphins. She even got to go into the water and participate in their training & interact with the. What a great program. If you have a child that is interested in marine life as a future degree/study, this would be wonderful program for them. The staff is amazing! They were so kind in letting me know what they were doing with my granddaughter all the time. I was in awe of what they did with her to make her feel special while letting her participate @ her own speed. They even took a ton of up close photos for her parents. Thanks to all of the staff for this wonderful experience. Hope we can come back again with her Brother when he is old enough!
