Had a great experience with Banfield. I was looking to switch vet clinics for my fur baby after experiencing some issues with our previous vet clinic. Banfield was kind, informative and helpful with resolving my fur baby’s problems. Aly was kind and helpful on getting us an appointment as quickly as possible. Megan was super kind and friendly with helping check in my nervous puppy. And Dr Huettl was able to help us fix the problem and gave some tips for future preventative care! I will definitely be bringing my pups back to the Maple Grove location! Highly recommended Dr Huettl!

It had the best and cheapest puppy plan for my dog. I didn’t really appreciate the vet we saw. There are many others and I will chose to see other going forward.

I am so impressed with this clinic , first off Aly at the front is SO sweet and definitely knows what she’s talking about so I felt very comfortable with the idea of leaving my precious little puppy with her and the rest of the staff. She handled his anxiety with beauty too which was great because he normally doesn’t trust anyone! The vet was quick with the job but did great! I’m very happy with the experience an so is my furry best friend!!(:

I am sad and torn. I have brought my lab mix to you for her all 12 years of her life. You as a facility completely dropped the ball while helping me with my husband's beagle last spring. The vet really did what any of the vets i took him to prior should have done, listened to my concerns about him and helped find a short term solution to treat him until he was ready to pass on. She did help me when other vets gave vague reasons or help. I appreciate the extra time we got from this vets help...BUT in the end, I called 3 times in 4 days to speak to the vet or even relay a message to a tech to get her opinion on if we should let him go or if there was anything else she could think of. I've never dealt with this decision before. So to be told 3 times that she would call or email me back and NEVER getting a response, really made a terrible week even worse. In the end, my beagle told me it was time and I am confident that I made the right decision. Just feels like we were just for money and that people's feelings don't matter. It's unethical in my opinion. Now I am fighting with my moral compass to even come back with my lab mix. I don't want to be treated like that again. This happened in June, and I still think about it. So I decided to finally leave my review. Do better.

I got my Rottweiler key scheduled and this lady named Aly absolutely made me and keys day! She gave the biggest smile and from that point i knew this was the place to be at! That vibrant energy she has is unmatched! I will be recommending you guys to any and everyone!! Aly keep being great! We love you!!
