I lost enough faith in one of the vets over the course of a year and a half that I decided to switch to a new clinic. The front desk staff and techs were really great, and another vet that I saw once was also good, but I just think any time you start to not trust a medical professional (for yourself or a loved one including pets) it’s time to move on. From the beginning it made me nervous that I had to explain the purpose of one of my dog’s medications to the vet (it’s for reflux and she said she had only heard of it “for pooping”). Later on I felt a lot of unnecessary testing and specialists were pushed onto me in a way that didn’t leave room for my questions or second opinions. As someone with many medical professionals in my family, I know that some of the signs of a good one are confidence combined with curiosity and openness, and unfortunately I just didn’t experience that here.

Similar to another review I felt a lot of unnecessary tests and things were done to my dog. It is also very pricey. I also felt that they didnt want to answer my questions and just wanted to keep charging me for appointments to get my questions answered, even after spending thousands of dollars and multiple appointments in a short time frame. Decided to go somewhere else and am happy with the care elsewhere.

I have been going to this vet for about a year and a half now for my dog. They’ve taken good care of my dog, although at times it feels a bit pricey. Today I had an emergency, my dog was choking on something so I immediately took him to them. They brought a groomer out to check if there was something in his throat. Then told me a doctor would see me shortly. I waited an hour for them to see me, to then check his breathing in 2 minutes and tell me he was good. I then was charged 100$ for a “consultation base price.” So much for the Christmas spirit, maybe time for me to bring my business elsewhere.

Absolutely love our vet. From the front office to the vet and the vet techs, we know that our dogs are in great hands whether we have to drop them off for a bath or come in for an appointment, there’s nothing but professional, respectful, and just so kind. I know that our dogs are in such great care not to mention our dogs absolutely love everybody in that office.
