Gave us an extremely sick kitten that had to be put down within only a few months of getting her. The vet we took her in Lexington told us they knew of its condition and should've arranged for euthanization after birth but chose to profit instead, along with the vet their associated with.

They had kittens in PetSmart for adoption and ended up getting one. Wasn't home a week before she showed symptoms of upper respiratory infection. Here we are 3 weeks later and around $400 in vet visits and medicines later and she's still sick. URI is highly contagious so she's had to stay in quarantine from my other cat which is becoming almost impossible since all she wants is out of the bathroom. I'm sure I'm not the only one to end up with a sick kitten. If they can't properly care and vet animals they need to be shut down.

Absolutely horrible experience. There is no website, no info on the adoption paperwork saying what to do and where to go. There is only an address and phone number, called 4 times no answer. Went to the address provided, it was a home not a shelter with a very very rude woman (Linda). Have never been treated so rudely while just trying to drop off adoption paperwork
