Hergenrether Animal Hospital truly cares about your pets and their owners. I have taken my animals here for years and the care we have received has been exceptional. I must give Dr. Underwood a special shout-out, as he has gone above and beyond for our fur family. He takes the time to explain what is going on and has called to check in on them to ensure they are doing well. I have been taking my two dogs since 2018 Dr. Underwood has the best personality, very welcoming and gives well explained instructions and information concerning your pet. Who knows better than the owner ( the parents) and Dr. Underwood is ready to listen to all concerns. The staff are the best. I’ve dealt with Devon the most but all the staff makes you feel like family. Just love this place.

They were able to see my girl quickly when she suddenly fell ill. Dr. Underwood was upfront with the severity of her health and performed an emergency surgery. Daisy has been home for 2 weeks now and has gotten better everyday. I can’t thank Dr Underwood and the staff enough for the care they have given my fur baby! If you are looking for a new veterinarian or needing someone to care for your fur baby I highly recommend Dr Hergenrether Animal Hospital!

The absolute amazing people I have ever met. My baby boy binx wasent gonna survive that night. They Comfort me and helped me when no other place would. They worked there absolute hardest to save him. I'm so grateful for them and there kindness. I know binx is resting peacefully because of them ❤️❤️🙏🙏 thank you

Dr. H sees my dogs, and Dr. Underwood takes care of my cats. I adore both of them and the staff. As long as they are open I will never take my kids anywhere else. I know that when tests or treatments are recommended it is for a good reason and they are necessary. The entire staff are extremely empathetic. They've been there for new babies and the losses of seniors. Everything is handled with grace and compassion. If you love your pets this is the place to bring them IMHO.

Dr. Underwood and the whole staff has been nothing but amazing in helping our dog. They are extremely friendly, supportive, and knowledgeable. Louie has had eye testing done and they never push Louie outside his comfort level. They don't want to add extra stress. Their price also are great!
