Couldn't be happier with the care they provide! The staff is always friendly, compassionate, and professional. Special shoutout to Lauren, who was wonderful in helping me set up an appointment and answering all my questions beforehand. And a huge thank you to Dr. Brantley, who was incredibly patient and understanding with my rambunctious dog (who can be a bit of a handful!). Dr. Brantley took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the treatment plan. The team is always knowledgeable and caring, and my pet always receives top-notch treatment. I trust the team completely. Roanoke Animal Hospital is always my go-to choice.

I believe I read a review on here that mentioned how they handled their aggressive dog well at this facility & my dog happens to be dog aggressive and skeptical of people. Our family takes one of our other dogs here but we needed a vet appointment asap for my dog they hadn’t seen yet. The staff and veterinarian handled her perfect, treated her so well & were very considerate and understanding of the fact that she doesn’t get along with other dogs. They did such a good job. Would go here again if needed ❤️

My doggie and i are visiting from out of town and i needed to take her in to have a suspicious spot looked at. I was able to get an appointment scheduled right away. Clean facility, friendly staff. Vet took the time to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend!

We are from out of state. I tried several vet hospitals and no one would see us. I called Roanoke Animal Hospital soon after they opened. I told them my situation with my dogs eye and tummy. They had me come in that morning at 9:40. Hospital was clean. Staff extremely nice and very helpful. Only waited about 5 minutes even though I was late because I got lost. They allow you to be with your dog at all times. Doctor was very knowledgeable and checked everything on my little Lucy. They gave us medication and said to call anytime if we need them!! Very impressed and will use them whenever we need a vet service while we are here at the lake. Would highly recommend!!

What a wonderful experience. This was my first time taking my furbaby to this place. Everyone was very kind. Not the "kind" because it's their job and they have to be, but a kindness from the heart and it's their personality. They were professional and courteous as well. We were treated as family, not as a customer. Very welcoming and refreshing. Thank you Roanoke Animal Hospital.

Dr. Brantley is always such a delight to see. Best veterinarian ever! Her compassion & patience for animals is astounding. You can easily see that she enjoys what she does it’s not just a “job”.
