When faced with a kitten emergency on a Friday and my vet unavailable, I turned to VCA Richland for urgent services. Everyone from the front desk to the vet was kind, compassionate and thorough. My little furbaby (6 weeks old!) is recovering nicely. Had I not been able to obtain treatment so quickly, I believe this story would have had a different ending. Thank you so much, VCA Richland.

Very friendly people but they charged me $400 for shots my bernedoodle already received. When brought to their attention Ashley apologized but no refund. I don't have that kind of money to throw away.

They saved our Abbie girls life! She was very sick and they got us in same day. She needed surgery and she needed it right away. They did so good, and so did she! She’s back to living her best life thanks to VCA Richland veterinarians, nurses and techs! They show patience and love to all of our other four legged babies! Luna, Bella, Wanda and vision! Thanks for being so great!

The doctors and team are a great group of characters. They treat Charlie like he belongs to them. He is quit shy and they love on him a lot. Best place for your pets to visit for healthcare !!!!

These horrible people charged me $406 for a routine visit to get medicine for my 14 year old dog. They collected a urine sample with a needle and ultrasound without my permission or knowledge and gave my little boy NOTHING for the pain they caused him. They wanted an extra $108 for his medicine which I was able to fill for $32 at Walmart. If you want your fur baby to be unnecessarily hurt and pay insane amount of money bring them here.
