I called with questions of where I could bring a feral momma cat and four babies but the lady who answered didn't even let me finish talking and hung up on me. The call was a total of 28 seconds due to her rudely hanging up. How can you run a business or organization if you just rudely hang up on someone in need of your services or knowledge.

I called to help pick up a cat and whenever I tried to speak she interrupted me and said “I’m talking to my husband” when I asked them to pick up this cat she said “But I wanted to go to the movies.” Overall this sucks, all they do is complain and whine like a freaking toddler. 👎👎👎
