Very helpful and friendly staff. Our cat relieved himself in his crate & they showed great care by cleaning our crate for us and providing a new towel for him. I have always had great visits here.

I can't not say enough about this vet hospital. Nothing I can say that could tell you how absolutely amazing this place is. Only to be living here 5 years and this vet hospital hands down has made me feel comfortable with my animals being treated here. Dr Kim and Dr Tracy are 2 amazing vets. The team is also very amazing. And my boy loves to read the books while he is there lol I'm sure the cheese and treats were a plus as well 😊

This is the best vet office I've ever experienced. They are so welcoming and treat your babies with the same love and comfort they would their own. I'm extremely grateful for them. We have had to visit them quite a bit since I found a box of 4 kittens, approximately 3 weeks old, left in a box near my work (a crew was clearing the trees back and found a den of kittens and they put them in a box and moved them to safety so the mom could find them). They remember every one of our babies' names and actually call to check up on them after their visits and they will fit you in if you need vet care even when they are packed. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Tracy and his team are phenomenal! They offer and explain why they feel your pet may need any testing and it's truly no pressure at all and they don't make you feel like a terrible pet parent/owner if you don't want or can't afford what they suggest. I completely trust Dr. Tracy and his entire team.

Our Shih-tzu Prince accidentally consumed grapes and we were desperate to find an emergency vet on our way back home from vacation. Not only did the staff take him in quickly but they were all extremely empathetic, professional and showed compassion towards Prince. We truly appreciate the care they gave him and highly recommend their office.

I live in Norfolk Va and I wouldn’t take my fur babies to anyone but Dr Tracy he is the best he loves and takes excellent care of my fur babies his staff is amazing and my dogs are in excellent hands with them thanks so much for all you do
