Everyone in the office is always friendly and helpful! The doctors are always friendly and actually take time to talk to you about your concerns or questions and never make us feel dumb! Our fur babies have all had amazing experiences there, and when we had to make the hardest decision with one of ours the entire office was comforting and took such care of all of us. Receiving the keepsake paw print of our Percy as well as a beautiful hand written note from the staff made us more confident Ark Animal is the best place for us!

The Ark family is beyond amazing! Everyone is sooo caring and kind. They take great care of my Daisy and my Binx. I wouldn’t dream of my fur babies being taken care of by anyone else. I would drive long distances to get to them that’s how wonderful, and special everyone that works there is. Let’s not forget how knowledgeable and talented the doctors are. I trust them completely with my heart, my babies.

From day 1 with Seger, they have all been great. My boy loves to go see them. He thinks he is there for pets and loving. I’m so glad they love Seger and take very good care of any of his needs.

We owe immense gratitude to this office and the wonderful, kind and caring staff who work here. As the owners of a brand new puppy that had contracted Parvo and was very very sick with odds not in her favor, these folks went above and beyond to save our sweet little baby girl. As I am able to hold her now, I cry tears of joy instead of tears of sadness and worry when we were given the news she may not make it. She is our precious little furry ball of sweet sassy fluff and I am so thankful to have her back in our home. 🩷 🐾 I would most definitely recommend them as they took such good care of our baby.

When we moved to Boiling Springs I loved this place. Over the past few years it has fallen off. The prices have jumped and the quality care has decreased with the vets. I don’t like not getting to go back with my pets. Most of the Vet techs are very nice and kind. Some of them you can tell love animals. I would give the techs over all 4-5 stars. The desk people are hit or miss. The vets seem to be more about the money than the animals and their pet families. It has been more than one bad experience that has made me go else where. It just isn’t for me.
