We adopted a 2 y/o male cat in April 2024. He is a great kitty, but we had some challenges with our 8 month old female kitty adjusting to him. The team at the Animal Shelter were super helpful and supportive. They suggested I reach out to a cat bahavior specialist who provided us with strategies that really impacted how our cats interacted. Today the cats love eachother and are playing all the time. Thank you again.

I went in for a kitten that was in need of a home. I got turned down because my dog wasn't spayed and was told I was part of the problem why animals get in the shelter. I was publicly humiliated by this women making me sound so awful as if I was the reason the animals in there.... She is part of the reason why pets don't get a loving home... I am so distraught on this matter because I came in with open arms and ready to save and have one become part of our family. She also laughed and made jokes about adopters missing the times she made to get their kittens knowing they couldn't make that time. She said out loud she purposely told the adopters a time to come in that way it would allow other people to take them before the adopters can come and get them. She was the most unprofessional women I have ever seen in my life. I honestly believe she shouldn't be working there. She didn't care about the people nor the animals. I'm absolutely disappointed and disgusted at the interaction I had that this place honestly don't waste you time with them. Like I said they clearly don't care about adoptives nor the animals in any matter.

I went to find a new member of the family. The people working there were super nice and helpful. You could tell how much they loved the animals.

You can tell the volunteers love the animals and really truly want them to go to a good home. So glad my Brandi (formally Greta) was able to come home with me. They made the adoption process easy as well. They are great and I would definitely go back if I ever wanted to adopt again ❤️ They also sent me home with some food and toys which really added a special touch. They took really good care of her for the short amount of time they had her.

My family did not have a great experience here. The facility is clean and the volunteers were wonderful. However after waiting 40 minutes the woman that took us back to show us the dogs was rather rude and would only allow us to see the dogs from outside because we had our child with us. We had brought our daughter to look for a new dog since ours passed last year. We all left rather upset.

Just got our wonderful girl Molly from this rescue and not only are the staff pet focused but they treat the whole family like there own family we got our boy scrappy a girlfriend and since the first hop in the van they both are best friends they definitely do everything to make the animals ensured to be happy and safe
