I was ready to write a bad review 2 days ago but now that the dog warden has talked to me in person and was very professional, polite, understanding, and helpful. There isn’t one thing bad that I can say about the dog warden that I dealt with and we all need to remember that they are just doing their job.

If I could give stars I WOULD These folks definitely don't do their job. I called to report 2 vicious dogs at 9:45 a.m. I had to leave a message, no one has responded back. I will be doing a first amendment audit on this place VERY SOON! Definitely need people better equipped to handle the public. SAD

If I could rate no stars I would. These people are cruel and don't care if they are your service animals. They don't care if there is visible food and water. They took 2 of my SDIT for my epilepsy from my home. These people are not right. Beyond unbelievable.

We called in to report abuse of a sweet doggie, Pam and her co-worker(didn’t get her name) responded immediately. We met up with these wonderful ladies to identify the dog and abuser. Followed up to see what happened and these ladies are doing everything they can to save the poor doggie. We can’t say enough good things about the Ross County Dog Wardens!!!

If I could give no stars then I would. Just moved and been at my new house 5 days. I have 5 dogs and 2 are outside in a kennel with dog houses since this new property is not fenced. Well dog warden came today because someone called saying they had no shelter or water. Two of my inside dogs were out on tie outs so they could potty. Dog warden said they could not be outside for more then 10 minutes without shelter. (No they are not out in the open with no shade) anyways my other 2 have a $3500 kennel so how do they not have a shelter. All of them had water except one who knocks it over everytime you fill his bowl. His bowl was filled about 10 minutes before she got here over all the whole experience was a joke. My co employees even said you treat your dogs better then most people. Smh go find something else better to do with your time.

these people are nothing but a big joke.they don't deserve to have their jobs.they think their about everyone else but their not.the whole department needs to be fired and bring in new people who actually care.
