We had to bring one of our cats to be put down, and Dr. Kristi and the rest of the staff provided such compassionate care for our cat, but also us in the process. To encounter so many animals that have to be put down, I don't see how they don't develop a tougher bedside manner just to keep themselves sane. But the staff here were so kind and empathetic to the difficult process of having to put a sick pet down. This place is wonderful and run by kind staff.

Called last week to check euthanasia details/cost. Was told if I gave a day in advance heads up I could bring my dog in the next day, since they didn’t want her to suffer. Made an appt request for the weekend & asked for it to be a bit earlier in the day & the lady got the BIGGEST attitude and was very unfriendly so I told her I’ll find a different office that actually has compassion when it comes to putting down your lifelong friend. Terrible customer service & shame on you, to whoever answered the phone today.

4 Paws Pet Clinic is like none other...Dr. Diane Fedrow and her Team are phenomenal. They have taken care of everyone one of my pets. 4 cats NOW and a dog. In fact was there today and again tomorrow taking care of my rescues. Genuine love for all animals. 100% trust leaving any of my babies in her care. Thank you DOC for everything. A veterinarian's office that truly cares! Becky the vet tech provided my dog Tyson and me with exceptional care, compassion and kindness above and beyond of what I typically received from other vets. I recently adopted a senior dog and had to use the vet the rescue uses for his dental and neuter under contract. I was so fortunate that was the case! Everything was explained to me before his procedures. I received a complete rundown of extremely reasonably priced extra services I could opt to include. I received a phone call immediately after his surgeries were completed. When I picked him up, I had a very down to earth, friendly and comprehensive conversation on aftercare, medications and what to expect in the upcoming days. Becky was so kind and loving to my dog. I was totally at ease that he was in her care for the day. I cannot say enough great things about this practice! The waiting area is welcoming and very clean. All my questions and concerns were answered and eased. I will recommend this practice to everyone, even though it is 45 minutes from my home. Care like this is priceless. They partner with animal rescues and shelters so their heart is in the right place. I am so thankful! The best in the biz!

My canine went in for a neutering, very friendly all the way around. The pup went freely. Hours later I pick the canine up and he seemed to be all there well minus his balls, I Highly recommend.I'd get mine done but they don't do humans🤷🏼‍♂️

Staff is very patient and attentive to their patients. They are professional, knowledgeable and caring. They always respond when we call with concerns. BEST!
