The prices are through the roof since the new Vet took over. I was charged $850.00 for my puppy to be examined and get meds. I've been going there for a few years and have never paid over $250 for the same services. Nice staff. I really like their professionalism, but I had to go elsewhere. I just couldn't afford those prices 😕

This place has gotten worse and worse in care. Last week my small dog started bleeding in the middle of our walk while pooping. The amount of blood was enough to make me concerned. I called the Vets office and explained the issue to the receptionist and asked if they could see her. The receptionist had absolutely no compassion in her voice and said, "were booked" that was all and offered no alternative. I was worried because I had never seen this, so I did not know if I needed to be alarmed or not. She said that they would not see her until Tuesday....this happened on Saturday mind you. I asked her to please ask Dr. If I should drive to the animal E.R. or just care for her at home, she refused to ask the Dr. Telling me he was busy. I told her she could call me back....she kept speaking to me in a tone that said...I don't care what you do. The last thing I said was. " so, you cant help me at all?, she is bleeding" She said "no". I work in the medical field and I think that if you have no compassion to just try to help your patients, What are you doing there? Just collecting a check? I had been with them for aprox. 2 years and have not been too happy, but I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. This really was the last straw. My dog is like a kid to me, so I have now switched Vets. Its expensive and honestly, when your pet really needs attention, they are too busy for you. I forgot to mention, after that conversation I called another vet I found online and they quickly adviced us to take her to ER. And that, will be her new Vet.

DO NOT COME HERE !!! They ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$$$. I used to be a loyal customer of this vet clinic until their new management tried to upsell me on unnecessary surgery for my dog's chipped teeth. They rushed to recommend tooth removal, claiming it was urgent and would cost $1500. Luckily, I sought a second opinion from Pet Tooth Fairy, who reassured me that surgery wasn't necessary!!!! Thank goodness I did, because it turns out my dog's teeth didn't need to be removed at all. If I had followed the initial advice, my poor dog would have been toothless unnecessarily. I won't be returning here. Don't waste your time and money And if you have any dentist problem for your dog I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pet Tooth Fairy!!!!!

My dog was having a severe skin allergy per usual and my regular vet did not have an appt. within a decent time frame and my dog was literally cutting his neck itching to death. We called and got a same day appt with in the hour. I was in a wicked rush bc I was going out of town same day, they seen him and prescribed skin antibiotic for the open wounds on neck, an antibiotic ointment and he got his regular cydopoint injection that he couldn’t get with his regular vet til a week out. This was about 10 days ago, all wounds are healed and he hasn’t scratched one time since appt. But, my biggest shock was the pricing, we walked out paying the least we’ve ever paid for an appt like this and we were pretty shocked and gladly accepted the price. We are NO STRANGERS to outrages vet bills and getting a bill under $300 for the shot (which is very pricy), exam, and 2 meds is unheard of for us lol. So I’m pleased with our recent appt and all problems solved. The assistant gal was super sweet too, kept us occupied with pup talk while we waited on Dr. She really loved animals and it showed! Shot tech was good too, my dog had no issues letting them give him injection. We stayed in room the whole time, that’s something that we can not do to this day at his regular dr office.

We took my dog their before they changed ownership. It was great the prices was over the top the exray and meds were 1000 dollars and my dog still was not doing good, called them for a recheck they said I would have to pay another fee not a good place for your dog. End up taking her some where else.

Money hungry doctors forcing you to re examine your pets due to a "new doctor" even though you're still in their system. I've been going here the past decade and it been getting extremely worse the past 3 years. I recommend you go anywhere else.
