My son brought his miniture schnauzer in for her first haircut. He asked for a schnauzer cut, defined beard, eyebrows and skirt. He picked her up, he was in shock and they shaved everything off but left some on her face. She has bawled spots and places it is longer, uneven.. When he got home, his wife called and was very upset. They did refund their money but didn't acknowledge what a major screw of a cut that was done.

On Saturday December 16, I went to a pet adoption at PetSmart. The pet adoption was through Noah's Hope Animal. I adopted a female dog she is a year and a half old she is a Dachshund, Poodle Shih Tzu. It was very busy. PetSmart has been working with Noah's home animal rescue for a long time. That's why I love PetSmart. They recommend rescue animals. PetSmart are very knowledgeable very reasonable and very patient people.

After just losing my dog I needed something for companionship when I'm home alone and stressful. We went in and found a kitten almost immediately and the pet associate helped us get all the things that we needed to take our little girl home and become a new family with her.

Poor little kitten I adopted was aged wrong and was very sick when I got her. Male manager is rude and just plain unhelpful. Waited in line forever as no staff jumped on other register. Line was back up down 2 isles.

I took my 5 month old Yorkie in for a puppy bath and trim. The service was for a bath and LIGHT face trim to help him get used grooming. The groomer SHAVED his head and face and left his body untouched. He looks ridiculous and I will never return!
