Today Walnut (Standard Poodle) had a 9:00 am appointment with Ari for a full grooming/teeth session. At 12:15 p.m. Ari called and said that she was finished with Walnut but that when she put him in the kennel he had pooed in it (never had pooed in a kennel or house before) nevertheless she said she needed another hour to give him another bath. 1:30 p.m. my friend and I went to get him. Looked in the window and Walnut was on the table calm but they had just started his haircut. My friend went in to ask what was going on because if he would have seen me he would have wanted off of the table. Ari proceeded to tell my friend that Walnut had pooped twice in the kennel and she had to give him two baths. My friend stated wait a minute you said when you called at 12:30 he was done being groomed but that you had to give him a bath because of the poo that you would be done in an hour. And I get here and he has not even been groomed now you are saying it will be 3:30 before he is done. Went and spoke with the manager who was kind and compensated the cost. Came back at 3:00 pm watched through the window saw two people holding walnut mouth shut and them yelling at him one even said is the mom watching through the window and Ari said yes and the other person let go of walnuts mouth and walked away. Got walnut home his eyes are goopy with some white film, his paws are raw from being shaved too much on his pads. They hurt my baby. I have been taking him here to be groomed since he was a baby and NEVER had this experience before. He has been sleeping since he got home because he is so stressed out. I will not be going back. So sad.

This was our first time using Petsmart for grooming. Miss Tiffany got a good trim today. They did what we asked to get her face close since she has dry eyes and the short trim will help keep her face clean. We opted for them to grind her nails and it was worth the extra. They got pretty close cut on her other problem areas and left a cute floof on her tail. She seemed to be ok with the groomer and did not seem overly stressed after the ordeal. Will be bringing her back since she needs the spa day to keep her coat clean and well managed.

On Saturday December 16, I went to a pet adoption at PetSmart. The pet adoption was through Noah's Hope Animal. I adopted a female dog she is a year and a half old she is a Dachshund, Poodle Shih Tzu. It was very busy. PetSmart has been working with Noah's home animal rescue for a long time. That's why I love PetSmart. They recommend rescue animals. PetSmart are very knowledgeable very reasonable and very patient people.

Not happy at all with my little dog's haircut. They had her 5 and a half hours when I picked her up, she had no hair at all. The beautiful hair on her tail completely gone. They took no time to groom her just shaved her down. My little dog is a morkie, she's part yorkie and Maltese. I will never take my dog there again. I've had nothing but bad experiences with this company.when I came to pick up my little dog the gal had her on the table working on her, her appointment was at 12:30, she wasn't done until 6:00 pm, I figure she spent most of the time in a kennel. Your employees do not listen to the customer. I will tell people what my experiences was and will not recommend petsmart grooming to anyone.

After just losing my dog I needed something for companionship when I'm home alone and stressful. We went in and found a kitten almost immediately and the pet associate helped us get all the things that we needed to take our little girl home and become a new family with her.

Use to take my dog here for grooming and will not be anymore. My dog can be jumpy when it comes to clipping her nails, I have reminded the staff every time I take her in and stress that I am completely okay with only her front nails getting clipped. Probably every other time they listen to me if it is the one grooming my dog checking me in. If it is another staff member, they do not seem to pass the information along and I get told at pick up "we couldn't get her front paws because she was wiggling but we got the back ones!" When I reached out about this issue to the manager I was met with a rude and cold reply that "the safety of my staff is the most important thing and dogs will be dogs". My dog does not bite them if they try to clip her nails, she just tries to pull away. I always book the same thing and I do not think once they have ever done a sanitary trim(which is included in the package) on my dog who is a husky with long hair on her butt. Super disappointed in the inconsistence.
