I sent my two French Bulldogs here for a week. They offered a great tour days before my booking. The rooms were large and clean and there was no "kennel smell". The play areas were extremely clean and well equipped with toys, pools and other play equipment. The check-in process was really easy. The daily "Paw -gress" put my mind at ease. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely use this place again.

My dog had a great time while boarding at PetSuites. We also have used some of the grooming services and are very pleased. Eddie is great with the dogs.

My Old English female Bull Dog has been going to Pet Suites since they opened. Sophie just goes for playtime! She loves it there, actually drags me from the car, excited to attend! The staff are so nice and welcoming to us both! Friendly and enthusiastic! The facility is very clean and fresh smelling! I have also used their grooming department, very pleased! I have referred friends and will continue to do so in the future! TY Pet Suites!

The facility is very clean. It smells clean, looks clean, and seems well-cared-for. The staff is very friendly and seem like they all like their jobs and want to be there. I think that says a lot. I LOVED the "pawgress report" I was sent in the middle of my pup's stay. It included notes about his temperament and pictures of him during playtime. However, we will not be visiting this facility again for a couple -- arguably unimportant -- reasons. First, I considered adding a full groom to our visit for $22. This would have included a deep coat shampoo, hair trim, ear cleaning, nail trimming, and a cute bandana. But since this was my pup's first visit, I decided to keep it simple and just get the simple wash and dry exit bath. I was charged $27 for that. 🙄 Second, they clearly never gave him the toys I brought along for him to chew, since I know that he's a big chewer and prone to anxiety. Not only that, but they forgot to give them back when I picked him up. Not only THAT, but when I made an extra trip back to pick them up, they couldn't find the entire brand new bag of treats that I had provided. "We'll keep an eye out," instead of "let us refund you at least the cost of that entire brand new bag of treats that we didn't give your dog and completely lost altogether." 🙄 I know many clients are very happy, repeat customers. But for the cost of this facility, I had much higher expectations that simply weren't met.

This place is the best! My boxer Lily has rarely passed other day care trial but Petsuites Westlake Ohio took excellent notes and gave her a chance. Lily has excelled and absolutely loves all her new dog friends and the Petpro humans! The hours and flexibility of Petsuites is unbeatable! I wish I found this place a year ago when it opened!

PetSuites has consistently been wonderful! My pup is my world and I feel comfortable leaving him there due to the kind staff, clean and modern space, and updates during his stay. Highly recommend!
