If you're worried about whether or not to choose this place. You'd be kicking yourself if you didn't choose this Hospital.. I couldn't eat for 2 whole days because of my baby having a dislocated hind leg. Brought her in here and can now breathe easy!!!!! Don't waste anymore time! Get down here asap!

Recent visit experience was pretty bad. The receptionist was rude . She answered my question in a bad attitude and said waiting for hours are normal and every one in the room wait for the same time. Also they mark up the price of medications to double the market price we found online. Furthermore they mandatory charge $45 "comprehensive exam" for Rabies vaccine.

I helped my friend take her dog to Amer Glen Vet Beast is a very big aggressive dog. So they brought him into a side door.. The doctor and staff are very caring. And the animal hospital is very clean and does not smell. That is also sitting outside with shade. .

Well this facility shocked me on how clean it was ! Amazing employee Cynthia helped me out , one of the best technicians I've ever met ! Made me feel very welcomed & very informative!

They don't care if your in a hurry, they like to make you wait ALL dam day. Even make you wait when they are NOT busy! Price is good but waiting is outrageous!! They are always understaffed.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. I have to thank Dr. Johnny Nguyen and Dr. Luisito Gallardo for the compassion and excellent care they provided to my glam baby Mozart. Our little Mozart decided to rub his head and face all in a bouquet of Lily’s not knowing they are extremely toxic to little kitty’s like him. My daughter rushed him to the nearest vet which happened to be this one here, and boy was she a wreck, Mozart is her whole life. They treated Mozart, he stayed overnight and his mama was worried sick. Our family and friends were terrified by what we have read about Lily’s and the mortality rate etc. And this little fur brat Mozart is her whole entire world. He is a handful and only likes his mama. There was no other option than for him to be ok. Luckily she had him at the office within a few hours of his little adventure in the Lily bouquet. Even all the people that had been waiting over an hour for their visit allowed my daughter and Mozart to skip the line because she was so distraught. All of those kind people I want to thank as well. Mozart came home today with mama. Happy and healthy and still of course ornery as ever. Jocelyn who I believe is an assistant to the doctors there is an absolute doll and provide the most excellent customer service care and compassion to Mozart and mama. Everyone here went above and beyond what they had to. I would 100% recommend bringing your fur babies here after the service and care our little Mozart received. And for anyone who doesn’t know…watch what you bring into your home. The nicest gesture could be extremely deadly to your fur babies. We had no idea.
