They take care of our (now) 3 Cavs like they were their own. Always try to make themselves available, and always give us options if there are any so we can decide on the best course of action.

I called the office to schedule an initial appointment for my pet and was told they had a same day opening which I accepted. What I wasn’t told was that they would be charging me a “same day emergency” visit premium. I had come in for an ear infection for my pet and they sold me ear cleaner to take care of it. They offered to show me the proper way to clean his ears and then charged a large amount to do it, again without making me aware. This was several months ago so I don’t recall the exact amount but I believe it was around $45 for less than five minutes of time from one of the vet techs. I don’t have an extra $45 and if they told me or even subtly indicated there was a fee, I would have declined. I’m very cost-sensitive right now and ended up paying a grocery visit worth of money more than I planned to and agreed to pay for this visit. This was unfair.

I have loved coming here for 25 years. Highly-qualified doctors and a very caring staff help my cat and i feel comfortable and provide great service. Thank you so much for the loving care and skill you all have provided for my cats.

I'm very happy with the care my two giant breed dogs receive at Burl-Moor-Driben. We switched from a different vet clinic, and it was the best decision. Their knowledge, care, and attentiveness are unmatched in the area. Dr. Worhach and her colleagues are wonderful!

My brother’s kitten was at this vet for a regular exam 2 weeks ago. The vet gave the kitten a 4.5/5 body score & completely missed the FIP diagnosis. The kitten passed away from FIP Saturday evening. THIS VET NEGLECTED TO CARE FOR A KITTEN AND IT RESULTED IN HIS DEATH. DO NOT COME HERE

Our greyhound needed a teeth cleaning and we did some research on vets in NJ who know the breed well. This vet was mentioned multiple times on greyhound forums and is also used by at least one prominent member of the group we adopted through. Our biggest concern is that general anesthesia is required and is generally more risky with our dog’s breed, so we wanted the best odds possible. The entire team did a phenomenal job prior to the procedure through multiple tests and visits ensuring he was healthy enough to proceed, and then day-of they just handled everything wonderfully. I was a nervous wreck about the whole thing, and they alleviated my concerns and answered all of my questions throughout the process. I am so grateful to have access to such an amazing team for our dog.
