Great clinic! They are very knowledgeable and caring. Took the best care of my dog who had a serious problem. I Had to leave him for 2 wks. after his surgery and they took excellent care of him while I was gone and provided daily updates on his progress, really comforting knowing they were taking such good care of my dog. I will always take my pets there, they are awesome!

We took a horse to this vet that was having a hard time staying and laying down all day. I was given a initial visit price. We showed up to drop off the horse and they were closed. I had called about 10:30 am. We waited outside till they were done with a staff meeting which they had said nothing about. Horse was checked in about 1. By 4:30 we called to see what had been figured out. We were told that they were very busy and would call us back before they closed. (They don't have an indoor space to keep horses.) After 5pm and no call, we called. No one answered. We drove to the clinic and found it closed. Walked out back to find our horse laying on cold concrete. We had no idea what was wrong if anything. We tried to call the vet after hours. Got hung up on twice. After that we called the police. A few minutes later, the Doc's wife called me back.. She made excuses about the phones not working and them trying to call us but they couldn't.. It's the 20th century people... Fix your phone problems. The doc then told the police his excuses of phones not working and the police left. We then had a phone call from the Doc to say he didn't figure anything out and thought it was cancer.. We needed to put the horse down. We declined and it took us 40 mins to get the horse up so we could take him home. Then the bill comes. I called and talked to the Doc's wife and told her that I was very disappointed their quality of work and communication. I asked that they split the bill. I paid for supplies they write off time.. She told ok I will talk to the doc and call you back after.. I paid half that day. Now 2 months later, we take a dog in for nail clipping. They would not release the dog until the rest of the horse bill was paid. I told them that the billing gal has never called... AGAIN I was told that they tried to call my cell many times and couldn't get ahold of me. Phone excuses again. If one phone doesn't work, try another or call my other number on the account... These people have very poor skills when it comes to taking care of animals and communicating with the owner. Don't take your animals here.
