Description C.H.A.R.M., Inc. is a group of volunteers whose mission is to save the lives of the dogs at the Headland Animal Shelter. We provide for the daily needs of the dogs including nutrition, medical care, socialization, security and their overall comfort until an appropriate home is found. We spay/neuter all of the dogs in our re-homing program and we educate the public on the importance of reducing the number of unwanted and homeless animals through spay/neuter. We promote the message that owning a pet is a lifelong commitment and deserves thoughtful consideration.
