Review update: Just wanted to update my review. They reached out to me and apologized, and covered my vet bill. Other than the whole emergency situation, I was pleased with my visit. The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. — I never leave reviews, and I hate leaving bad ones! I had high hopes for this place, because all I’ve heard nothing but good things. I got a feral spayed 3/15/24. Everything was fine when we got home. Checking in on her, I noticed a lot of blood. Soaking the newspaper in her cage. Her incision had come open. So I called the emergency number. Several times. And left voicemails. I never got a response! Why have an emergency number if you don’t answer it?? I took her to an after hours vet, $800 later. Even if y’all couldn’t have reclosed the incision, you could have answered and told me that. Or gave me a call back. Very disappointed!

They have always been a huge help to the community. Only had one bad experience after half a dozen visits. Everyone is very friendly and nice, all but one. The older black hair lady was extremely rude and insensitive on the phone and in person. She has a very cold heart to be in that business.

Love this place. I believe they treat the ferals I bring in as well as the house pets. They offer great after care advice, so helpful. Below is a pic of our latest TNR, Coral. Sweet but not a fan of people. She dines with us, that's a good sign!

Our cat went and never returned. They have yet to apologize or keep us informed. My cat must mean nothing to these people or my families feeling. It's been 1 week today and only 1 txt that they were putting out traps and that's it. I don't recommend taking any animals to this group of people!

Absolutely amazing experience! Most were super friendly and they did a great job on spaying our 70 lb German Shepherd. :) The only small negative thing I can say is at pick up I asked a couple questions & the lady just kept saying it's in the email you were sent. I understand that but this was our first time having a fur baby spayed and I was just wanting to make sure I knew everything to expect. Other than that, the other ladies were super friendly and if I need the service again we will be back! ❤️

God Send. This establishment was the absolute best. I brought a stray mama cat to have her spayed. Brought her liter mates a little bit later. Very economical, caring and personable. I drove an hour and a half to use this facility and couldn’t be happier. They also accept vouchers.
