The worst experience, these people are racist and profile you. The supervisor Jonathan, berates women of color and try's to talk down to you. He's very aggressive and hostile. He wrote me up for bringing in a stray puppy I found and was sent here, being new to the city I didn't know the rules and I let them know this, he persisted to interrogate me and accused me of lying, he made my mother cry who was just trying to do the right thing and laughed in her face, the workers there all see him do it and do nothing to help, they laugh and snicker in the background. These people don't actually help you. It's a shame they even let people like these work here.

A Taste for Vintages “S M”

Two years ago I brought my childhood tabby in for cremation after he passed from what I am certain was heart failure. They were kind then and they were kind today, when I brought in the nebelung stray that had moved in after who was in rapid decline and struggling to breathe. The euthanasia process does not allow pet parents to be present ( after all, who would want to watch the person they trust most be a wreck while they die? ) but it does involve a thorough and lengthy sedation at the hands of loving volunteers who make sure your little ones are at peace. Affordable and quality care can be hard to find but it can be found here.

They have been very kind at heartbreaking moments of loss with long time companions. Reasonable prices for cremation. Recently had an euthanasia that needed to be done urgently, & even though it was near closing time for them, they told me to come on in. (My regular vet was gone on emergency as well as 2 other clinics) They have done 2 cremation for me & I received back my pets within a week. And at a fraction of cost compared to the private vet clinics.
