Description "At our full service animal hospitable, we're caring for your pets like they were our own."
First visit for us with newly adopted Velma (thinks she is a person) but not for her. Very nice staff and Doc explained her ailment/treatment options very well. Be going back to finish treatment after Independence Day.
Dr. Gregg will always be my #1 go to! He has always been my pups vet and he has spayed both of my pups! Always making sure their taken care of and that we know the proper precautions to take after the procedure!
Very nice and Dr. Gregg takes very good care of my fur baby. And will give you advice on what you need to do with your fur baby. Like walking or running. That's my precious Chloe 💘 I love her so much ❤️
Very caring and thorough. Tried another vet in town and would not let you go back to the exam room with your pet. Here they interacted with our dog and Dr Gregg showed he really enjoys what he does
If you come here, please review your bill before paying or leaving the premises. I have brought my cat here for three years for his annual shots or to board him when I'm out of town and have no one to keep him. This week, I took my cat for his yearly shots. I was present in the room with my cat when Dr. Gregg administered the shots, so I know what was done. I even told the front desk clerk what was being done when I arrived. When I went to pay, I was told the total was $185. I was puzzled, but I paid it. I reviewed my bill in the car and noticed a charge for a fecal flotation test, which was not done. I went back to correct it and get my money back, but I was told they could only give me a credit and apologized for the mistake. I wanted a refund, but it was early, I was tired, and I dislike confrontation. I respect all workers and hate to give anyone a hard time, but after leaving, I realized this situation was different. I was cheated out of my money and overcharged due to a “mistake.” I decided to call and spoke with the woman at the front desk, expressing that I didn’t want a credit and asked for a refund. She reluctantly agreed, saying, “I guess you can do a refund.” When I went back, I checked my bill again and noticed another charge for worm medicine. She had to consult the doctor or assistants before removing the charges. I eventually received my $40 refund. I’m not saying that they did this knowingly, but it feels like it. There's no telling who else they do this to. My father mentioned receiving a rather high bill for something simple done to his cat. Some businesses rely on customers not understanding the bill’s lingo or assuming the price is correct. My wife admitted she probably wouldn’t have looked at the bill, and even if she did, she wouldn’t have understood it. It's wrong because that’s taking advantage of people who trust them to do the right thing. Additionally, I didn’t like how they handled my cat while giving shots. He’s a cat/animal who was getting something done to him by strangers in a setting that’s out of his routine. How else is he supposed to react? Overall, this was a negative experience. If you go here, ask to see your bill before paying because there's no telling how many times I might have been overcharged before. I felt insulted, despite being nothing but kind to them.
Dr. Gregg is so practical and knowledgeable about animals. No non sense Vet! I was very upset with a recent diagnosis about my dog Sazerac, and he brought me back down to earth and to the basics. I recommend him highly and tell allot of people about him!!
