I was referred to this animal clinic by staff at another clinic that wasn't available to do the euthanasia of my cat. The Willow Ridge staff was kind, compassionate, and patient with me, and gentle and loving with Merlin. The assistant explained our options, and the doctor explained the process. They let me have time with my furry friend and didn't try to rush me out of the room during or afterward. The cost of their services was not only fair but also exemplary of their kindness and compassion. The facility was clean, cheery, and welcoming. I saw several happy, healthy pets and their humans who came and went while I was there. If I adopt another cat or dog, Willow Ridge will be my first choice for veterinary care.

Our sweet Basset Hound needed some super-special TLC when Dr Sharon met her - and wow, did she and her team ever deliver. Our little girl would certainly have crossed the rainbow bridge if it hadn't been for Dr S and her skilled and caring team. We felt as if we were their only patient, and were so incredibly comforted by their expertise and love for our dear puppy. Thank You Willow Ridge!!♡♡♡

My appointment was moved 2 days in a row by this clinic within 15 minutes of our appointment and after my wife had loaded up our cat and driven to the clinic (and already made arrangements for our kids). The clinic was unwilling to offer any discount or other options to compensate for our wasted time. We had good experiences previously but this poor customer service mindset will force us to take our business elsewhere.

They have been the most personable and comfortable vet office to work with. My dog loves visiting & they are very reasonably priced. I wish I had found them sooner!
