I recently took my pet to Yorkville Animal Hospital, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of care and service provided. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Bell took the time to thoroughly examine my pet, explain the diagnosis, and outline the best treatment options. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology. From the moment we walked in, I felt confident that my pet was in good hands. I highly recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital to anyone looking for exceptional veterinary care.

Doctor Sarah L was awesome! Very, very friendly and down to Earth. Informed me on what could be going on with our new puppy, which just ended up needing a few meds for 2 days and the pooping has ended. Just all around a good experience. The negative comments on here are crazy. No vet makes your animal die. No vet does harm to animals. Some clients want free services, or free surgeries, or don’t follow directions. If your animal passes away…it was either old or you didn’t want to pay for the process. That’s all I have to say.

Prompt customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable professionals. My dog loves the vets and techs. Appropriate affection and positive attitudes. Appreciate the walk in options for vaccinations etc. We have utilized Yorkville Animal Hospital services for over 15 years (3- dogs) with only 1 instance of less than stellar service.

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. My dog was sick and I had to get her in quickly as a new patient. I was able to book online super easily for the next morning. We saw Dr. Dobbins. He was so incredibly kind and helpful and took time with me talking about a lot of different things regarding our girl we rescued last year. Highly highly recommend!

We love Yorkville Animal Hospital! Their techs and Doctors are excellent, always explain everything, and take good care of my dog when she’s there. They are very understanding and flexible. I love their reminder emails when we need shots, exams etc… I really like the appointment options they have now. Trisha Murphy helped us adopt our dog through one of their rescues and has been so helpful in her health journey! All the employees we have had such a wonderful experience with, and always welcome Perla with lots of love when we come, which is often for allergy shots :)

This is a very well run animal hospital and the building itself is great. All of the employees are friendly and excellent with animals. Our dog sees Dr. Jason Long. Dr. Long is consistently courteous, humble and friendly. His bedside manner is fantastic and he always takes time to answer our questions. I would definitely recommend Yorkville Animal Hospital to family and friends.
