We had the best experience at Lakeview! This is our third puppy and the best first puppy visit we’ve ever had. The vet assistant, Mackenzie, was so through with our puppy visit and gave such great information and kept our puppy busy so we could listen with our full attention. Dr. Augustin was the best vet ever. She was the most anttentive and sincere vet we’ve worked with. She answered questions honestly and asked us the best questions. Our puppy loved being there and didn’t even notice she got her shots! I couldn’t recommend Dr Augustin and her staff enough!

I’ve been taking my pets to see Dr. Anna and her staff for many years and couldn’t be happier with the service provided. They’re kind and gentle with my kitties and friendly and knowledgeable towards my family. Always willing to help or answer questions and explore options. They really try to make the experience as easy as possible for humans and pets. Although most of my pets have never enjoyed going to any vet, the treatment they receive is as stress-free as possible.

Clean facility and kind support staff. Dr. Augustin was very unprofessional and lacked respect for the owners right to make choices for their animal. I listened to her professional opinion and decided to decline purchasing a $20 cone, knowing I can find one for $5 elsewhere. She then came back into the room after the consultation was over to “give me a talking to” over the risks of my decision, which was completely unnecessary. She essentially tried to intimidate me into changing my mind, when I had already made an educated decision. It was very awkward for the vet tech after. I went in and said I want to take care of my pet (obviously), but don’t want to break the bank on unnecessary expenses after she suggested a special canned diet and multiple medications for diarrhea (which the results ended up coming back normal). Later on in the appointment she mocked me saying “I’m trying to save YOU money” while rolling her eyes at me and saying in a condescending tone. Which was true, but I was shocked by the experience and her approach and demeanor. I suggest requesting a different doctor for your visit to ensure a better experience.

We have been taking our pets to Dr. Anna for over 7 years and we have wonderful experiences every time we’re there. Every worker from the receptionist to the techs to Dr. Anna are all very friendly and caring. Even when my fur babies are sick or hurting they are excited to go to the vet. I brought my son with for the first time today and now all he’s talking about is being a veterinarian when he grows up. Our pets are family & we trust that the care we are getting is the best.

My vet did not have the shot required for my doggy day care. Lakeview go my dog in within the week. Starting from the receptionist, to the aid and Dr they were very kind and professional. Fee was definitely affordable, compared to other animal Clinics.

Dr. Carolyn seems to care deeply about my pet and I appreciate her willingness to consistently spend over half an hour talking with me reviewing treatment options. That however is the end of the good news. I was confused when I made my first appointment why I had to prepay the exam fee over the phone. I was told people are making appointments and not showing up. Weird. Sadly, I think I understand now. Unfortunately, I have had numerous communication issues with this clinic. Probably the worst was when I arrived at the clinic to drop my cat off for an ultrasound and found the clinic completely closed. The entire staff had a training in another part of town. There was no note or any indication on the door where they all were so I nearly drove away. For the few procedures I have had done, I consistently get conflicting information on how to prepare my cat regarding fasting and medications. The time of my drop off has even been changed with less than 24 hours notice. I could go on, but you get the point. Two stars because your pet will get affordable, adequate health care. But the headaches aren’t worth it.
