You can never get in and if you can it’s weeks out also very rude lady at the desk I honestly don’t know how this place has such a good reviews. Highly not recommended!! The vet office in Mt. Oard is way better and actually act like they care.. this place don’t!

Recently changed to Dr Sharp after being with Georgetown for 4 years…LOVE this place! They are a very small practice, they are hard to get on the phone early in the morning, they don’t call to confirm appointments and none of that matters to me at all! What DOES matter…they are very kind and gentle to my rescue, she had a dental today and they only needed to pull 2, she had an overgrowth on her gums they removed and said they could send it off but didn’t feel it was necessary. They were well within reason of the quote they gave me. Dr Sharp and his staff are very friendly and set me at ease and made sure to answer all my questions before and after her procedure. Bella is resting comfortably at home. Thank you very much for accepting us to your family! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

What can I say about this veterinarian and the staff! If there was a word far beyond "Excellence " my wife and I would use it for here!! Doc Sharp and his sister Amy and the staff make a pet owner feel so very welcome. We feel as if we are visiting our direct family members. Our two dogs, ABADDON and WHISKEY love visiting here. The staff are very knowledgeable about their work. All of our questions are always answered with precise answers. We always leave with such confidence in the Sharp's and their service they provide. When we walked into their office for the first time Dr. Sharp told us after Abaddon was weighed that we needed to love her 20% less. Lol we chuckled and listened very close as to why he made this statement. Showing how much he does truly care for all animals. Even when mommy's and daddy's over feed their pet because of the immense amount of love we do have for our doggies. Abaddon is a 11 year old black pitt/lab mix. And our young man is 4 months old and he is a pure bred German Shepherd. Both are solid black. Which we love so much, they sleep with us, "well on top of us" however we love them dearly. The most friendliest and sweetest staff. HVH didn't have availability for an immediate end of life appointment, but was very quick to offer me locations and phone numbers to other vets who would have availability and was so kind about my situation. Thank you to HVH staff 🩷
