The employees here are always friendly and helpful! I can easily think of several times when an employee went out of their way to help me find what I was needing and even helped me look up good alternatives when they didn't have the exact product. There is an older gentleman here with a mustache, I didn't catch his name, that truly cared n helped me get supplies for my animals before the cold snap, and it was truly appreciated.

I called the store this morning to ask about availability of flea and tick repellent for my dog. I was put on hold "for a second" by Debbie, thinking she was going to find out. Almost 6 minutes later, she said there was nobody that could help me and that they didn't have a veterinarian. So, I asked if there was someone in charge of that department. She informed me "this is a feed store!... not a department store!". 🤣

Went in to have our propane bottle filled around 8:30pm and was told they quit selling propane at 8:00pm tonight. My husband went in an ask manager Adam about it and he said that's how we do this at our store. I was always told that if someone was there to fill propane that it was to be filled. If 8:00pm is the shut off time for propane then it needs to be posted for the public to see

I entered store about 5 min b4 closing, had to get something that desperately needed rt then and they were friendly and helpful. Awsome!

We’ll never shop tractor supply at canton ever again… they are supposed to open at 9 in the morning and waited 20 minutes after and nobody unlock the doors or answer the phone.18 of 20 people left and were prepared to spend a thousand but never again.
