Not great in the last five years. Since this practice changed ownership from Dr Pop the care from vets is inconsistent and harried. I changed vets due to always being assigned a new one for every appointment. Additionally, some of the reception staff couldn’t have been ruder or more dismissive. It was a struggle to get prescription medications with them forcing you to either fill at their prescription or physically come into their office to get a paper prescription if you wanted to go elsewhere. As someone with health concerns and who is head of household it was nearly impossible to get their to pick up a prescription in person and the office refused to fax or call in my pet’s prescription to my preferred pharmacy. Thats certainly a way to keep business in your office for pharmaceuticals but a great way to lose patients overall. Also impossible to get them to stop sending reminder emails for services even after telling them multiple times my pets are not in their care anymore. Email unsubscribe doesn’t work in their list serve. The lack of customer service or real compassion is appalling.

Was told that a surgery would need to take place on my dogs teeth. We’d had two physicals done and told teeth were good. Major hole in upper fistula that they missed. A second opinion told us they’d be VERY CONCERNED this was missed.

These people are the rudest people I have ever met in my life. We have been taking our babies there since we moved here and when we first started going there we could get in a room in a reasonable time after our appointment time. These days, every time we take one of our pets there we sit for half an hour or more waiting. Every time they have the same exact excuse 'and emergency came in'. That's all fine and good, but I've asked them to call me if that happened. I'm disabled and their chairs in their rooms and waiting room aren't that comfortable. But apparently they couldn't make that accommodation. So when I get mad I go outside and cuss to myself (probably louder than I should have). And the receptionist comes outside to ask me what my problem is and I tell her. She yells at me about some emergency and I ask her if she knows what a phone is. Needless to say, I told her I was finding another vet and she told me I could not enter the building again to get my pet, that she would bring it out to me as if I was some criminal who would do something to her or the building. Just absolute hateful people who cannot and will not accommodate their disabled pet parents and don't care about your time. I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. They are NOT disabled friendly.

I don't know what's going on at this place these days, but they're pretty much worthless to me. I called on Sat 5/25 during business hours and left a message. By Thur 5/30 nobody had returned my call, so I called again and made an appt for Wed 6/5 but I was supposed to receive a prep call the night before. Nobody called me, so I called ahead before coming in, and they didn't even have the appt on the schedule! Besides that, they made it overly challenging to get her prescription through a mail service (they were charging double our old out of state vet charged and would only give 30 days at a time). After repeated challenges, I'm trying a new vet.

Dr. French is an amazing vet! We have trusted her expertise with our dog for 7 years. When our dog recently had a life-threatening injury and required surgery, Dr. French ensured we understood and were provided with everything needed for the best outcome. She genuinely cares for our dog's wellbeing and was a knowledgeable, calming, and caring presence during a very scary time. I recommend Weathered Rock for every aspect of pet care!

I was very impressed with the quality of care and service here! I will be going here from now on! Plus they switched my dog’s medicine that will help him in the long run and save us more then double on cost from the previous place.
