I appreciate everyone on staff here. They have helped us care for our somewhat high-maintenance pup for years now. All the vets are awesome in their own way. The techs do a great job of caring for our dog and the front office staff is very knowledgable. Highly recommend them!

I typically do not leave reviews, however, this was my dog's first visit at this vet's office and I will never go anywhere else!! It is obvious that they truly care about making your pet feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Clark was so amazing as well as the tech Miranda.

I was referred to Erlanger Pet Hospital for a liver lobectomy for my dog, George. First of all, I was very happy that the Vet, Dr. Schumann, was so knowledgeable and straight forward about George's condition. I trusted him fully before the procedure; and the procedure went very well. I cannot thank him enough. The front desk staff and the Vet techs were also amazing! I was nervous about George staying over night after the procedure, and expressed this to the staff. The Vet techs and front desk staff went above and beyond and sent me pictures/videos of him and updates saying how he was doing the whole time. I really felt like my concerns were heard and they really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The staff clearly cares about the animals in their care and I highly recommend Erlanger Veterinary Hospital if you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable Vet and staff for your furry family member!

I cannot say enough good things about the veterinary team. We have been taking our pets here for years. They are all so amazing. Last year we had to put down our sweet boy and they were all so compassionate and so helpful throughout the whole process. Fast forward to this year. Now we have a new little pup and they have been absolutely great with him. No problems or complaints at all. Do not hesitate to bring your fur babies here!

I went to Erlanger Veteranary Hospital off of a recommendation from another vet. I have a Sugar Glider that needed to be seen and possibly have surgery but with him being considered an exotic animal, a lot of places wouldn't see him. Erlanger Vets happily took him on and they have been amazing. They have been there for me and my sugar baby from day 1 and they genuinely care about him. We did have to have surgery to correct the issue however they have called to check on him and after the surgery the doctor called to let me know how it went and didn't make me feel rushed off of the phone and was happy to answer any questions I had as well as bring up issues I didn't know could be issues. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a place that really cares about your pet. I am considering moving my other animals into their care as well. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

This place is hands down the best! While all of the vets are great, our primary vet, Dr. Clark raises the bar on what I would consider excellent care. She obviously cares so much for her patients and goes the extra mile from a diagnostic workup, treatment plan and contingency planning standpoint. We are so lucky to have her! The rest of the staff are also amazing. They call to follow up after every sick visit, go out of their way to work in acute problems, and always have a smile on their faces! I can’t recommend this place enough!
