The tech and Dr were nice. My main issue was their deceptive billing practices. They include some fees on there twice then comment on how it shouldn’t be that expensive and then come back with a lesser (but still$$$) bill to make you feel “better” about spending over $600 for an xray and a visit.

Dr. Rentfrow and her staff take wonderful care of our two dogs. She saved the life of our Brittany when he got very sick as a puppy, and she has taken great care of our GSP Maggie during several surgeries (one for spaying, two for removing growths). Dr. Rentfrow is very practical with her care for my animals, listens to my needs/concerns, and never pressures me to spend more than necessary. I highly recommend Braselton Animal Hospital!

My dog was having problems and also needed her shots. The staff was great and caring. Doctor gave us good advice on how to treat her symptoms.

Dr. Renfrow has been our veterinarian of choice for all of our animals the past few years, for check ups as well as unfortunate health concerns. They are hospitable, they take proper precautions as well as care for our pets, and their communication is outstanding. The vet isn’t always easy for pet or owner and they make it less stressful and overall relieving.

Choose somewhere else. Any other vet in the area, just not this one. I've personally never taken my animals there and I never will. However, I've been there 6 times with 5 different people and 6 different animals. Each time, it's been a bad experience. This last time was the worst. They returned the animal to the exam room with blood on his face and it was continuously bleeding. There was no advisement of anything. They literally just gave him back as is. They gave us some medicine with instructions and that was about it. Any questions we had were answered with attitude and 0 compassion for the situation. Also, they don't accept Care Credit. A card specifically designed for medical care billing. This place is old, it looks out of date, everything is bare and basic. It resembles a vets office from a 90s era. I'm not saying it's a bad practice, it just doesn't suit my needs and I don't recommend it. We won't be returning nor recommending this facility to anyone else. There are many other facilities in the area that are welcoming with much better staff and up to date equipment. The young lady at the front desk was a horrible representation of that company and the doctor. She seemed irritated that we were asking appropriate questions and was even aggressive in the way she answered them. My family has been a client of them for over 7 years and even though they were never a wonderful experience when we went up there, it was never as bad as this last one.

Very professional and caring people here. Took excellent care of Sir Isaac Mewton. They kept calling him my baby tho.I would have preferred Dictator. Lol. More accurate for this cat. Seriously though. Highly recommended.
