It's a nice place to go check out the local animals it's very clean pleasant smell when walking through the door friendly atmosphere nice place to take your kids if you want to go see some of the local cats and dogs

We had to pick up our escape Husky, and it was originally 40 bucks to get her out of there, however, they only charged 20bucks since she was there for only an hour. Cool, I guess.

Completely heartless people who run the shelter, animal control and the vet who works there. They don't understand animal behavior and have no compassionate for families. No one even said a simple "sorry for your lost" when they forced us to put our dog down.They just stared at us blankley without a care in the world. Why go into the animal business if you don't care about them? I've never had a worse experience than I have with these folks.

People are never there. They dont answer the phone or even call you back after multiple calls and messages left. I dealt with a woman the other day who was just rude and didnt care about what i needes or wanted. The least this place could do it hire someone who actually gives a damn about these animals and finding them homes. Which would include calling people back that inquire about animals!
