I’ve been coming here ever since my dog was 12 weeks old and had to get in due to an emergency seizure (he’s almost 6 now) and they’ve worked with him so greatly. He’s a bit (very) feisty when it comes to the vet, and they handle his sedation amazingly. He has seizures, so they check his medication level twice a year to make sure he’s doing well with that. I couldn’t recommend this vet enough to anyone looking for a reliable and dependable vet that treats all of their furry patients like family. Sadly, we moved and have to find another clinic (I still drive two hours to them as of now because that’s how much I trust them with my baby), but I don’t think I’ll find anyone as great as these people!

DO NOT SEND YOUR PETS HERE FOR GROOMING I made an appointment for my cat to be bathed and brushed. Because he is a long hair cat they asked if I wanted him shaved and I said no several times. The day comes and I drop him off for his grooming. When I picked him up the girl at the front desk said they completed a bath, shave, and brush along with sedation and was trying to charge 100 dollars. I was confused and asked about the shave since I said I didn’t want one and she went back to see if it was actually done. She brings out my cat and he is completely shaved and still wet in some places. She took off all the services on my bill but still made me pay for the sedation. Absolutely awful experience will not be back. Below is what I dropped off and then what I picked up.

Great service. Very informative. We left confident about the necessary care for our newly adopted, rescue dog. The clinic was very clean. The staff is kind and helpful. When we asked a question, they went directly to the doctor. We were satisfied with the services and their support. Love, Snip's (QT Sparkles) new family.

If i could do 0 STARS I WOULD Awful place to take your animal. They are lying thieves. They told me to bring my cats in even though I have no money, then lied and said they didn't hear that. They also lied and said that they don't accept payment plans, but I found out that they do. They never even stated a price or anything about paying before pickup. Then, when I went to get my cats, they refused to give them to me because I couldn't pay, which I had stated I couldn't do in the initial phone call. I WILL NEVER be coming back and have filed a complaint with the veterinarian board.

I took my dog to get her spayed and added laser surgery and microchip. Staff was nice and took care of my girl. They texted me as soon as she was out of surgery and communicated when she was awake. They made arrangements so we could pick her up at the end of the day. She went home with meds enough for four days, which helped ease her pain and keep her from moving around too much. I highly recommend spending the extra on laser surgery! My girl was back to herself after a few days. I highly recommend this place.

My oldest dog legit gets super excited to go to the vet (my youngest dog has only been with us for a month so he’s not as convinced yet..lol) the doctors and techs are amazing and very knowledgeable but every staff member is truly so kind, helpful and supportive in whatever you’re needing from general questions to emergency pet issues. Such a great vet clinic in cedar falls! They also have great payment plans which was helpful when my dog emergency procedures done. Grateful for them in the cedar valley!
