My Molly was ready to cross the rainbow bridge and Everyone was so totally wonderful that day of putting her down and it was my first time doing that and their support and sympathy were absolutely amazing! I now bring my new furbaby there and she is treated very well too!!❤️❤️

Waterway is really great. My sweet yorkie was introduced to this practice during a check up as we moved to Little River from Florida. Everyone was great. Then my baby got sick and they worked him into the schedule to get him seen and diagnosed which was critical to getting him feeling better. The prices are a bit high compared to Florida but the care has been excellent! The vets are great and the entire staff is caring and friendly.

We are new patients to Waterway Animal Hospital. We had a new patient visit for our 17 year old Maltese which was about two weeks out. I thought that was great for getting a fisrt time appointment. About 5 days after I made the appointment, our boy Henry was not feeling well. I called and they were able to see him the next day. I like how they had appointments available incase you need a quick appointment when your pet becomes sick. Dr. Kathy and her staff were amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to listen to what we had to say. They spent quality time with us and Henry. We love our new Vet.

A definite 11 of out 10. This was our 1st visit with our two (2 1/2 year old female and male Aussie Shepherd) who are litter sister and brother. We had some not so great experiences with a previous vet in the area. I cannot thank the staff at Waterway Vet enough for their professionalism, caring and patience with our skittish Aussies. They took their time and made sure the pups were not freaked out. A great experience from walking in to leaving. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.
