I brought my puppy Mickey, 3 months old, to get his second round of distemper shots yesterday. The staff made us feel welcome from the start, from remembering Mickey’s name to even their tone of voice. Everything about it is just so comfortable and homey. When getting his shot, thanks to the attention and care of the doctors, he didn’t even flinch. They played with him and gave us advice on his training and care. Overall it was a great experience.

I took my cat Lawrence here for the first time today! It was my first vet appointment with Lawrence since he had all his previous shots after he was found on the streets and then I adopted him. He had some red flags in his file from before so the vet tech and vet were just going to try and do as much as he would allow and they did so good with him!! They held him down firmly but gently and wiggled his head to distract him and he was able to get the two shots he needed, his ears cleaned and his nails clipped all within the span of 3 minutes. They also took the time to spray some pheromone spray to calm him down and told me if he needed it they could prescribe gabepentin to calm him next time. Luckily he won’t be needing that but a really good option for anxious pets. I would definitely recommend this office, it was easy, fast and felt the least traumatizing to my little baby Lawrence! (And myself) hehe

I should have known the moment I tried to make an appointment at this place. The receptionist was full of it, and what was even worse was when I showed up and the doctor she was just stoic also the fact that my 12 year old son really wanted to be at this appointment and anytime he tried to talk with the doctor she just wasn't having it it goes to show this facility is only for breeding dogs purposes. my family dogs literally got together by accident, and I wanted them to go to the best place this was the most unwelcoming place ever! oh, and they highly recommend that I got the X-ray to see how many babies for that extra money the doctor was wrong and my 12-year-old son was actually correct. I will not be bringing my puppies here for a future visit I'm going to go with somebody who actually cares about the animals and their humans and not people with smug looks across their face or maybe it's just the facelift or botox either way their energy made it known I will never go there again! so that being said, maybe the doctor should retire. This was supposed to be literally one of the happiest times, and the staff just couldn't be bothered except for one girl who was a vet assistant. I worked in a vet clinic in Japan with the military and didn't deal with such dismissive people. I was dealing with people from all different parts of the world and ranks and never felt like this. I'm all set. Good luck. All 9 healthy goldendoodle littles 🥰
