Description We are a small group of vetrans and like minded individuals who advocate for horses and our vetrans. We offer equine rescue we work with law enforcement and take in abused and neglected horses we also offer a refeed program working with owners to get their horses back to health and help provide the knowledge they need to keep their horses healthy. We do take in owner surrenders on case by case basis. We offer Fur Therapy to Active Duty and Veterans making sure our vetrans know we are here for them they are not alone. Horses have such a remarkable way of getting through to a person. We offer disaster assistance for large animals help in floods, ice, fire and tornado. We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization C.E.D.A.R/HPLR

I have nothing but good things to say about this group. I know that they do everything possible to help animals. They go out of their. Way to help those in need. I have delt with them and I know they do fantastic work. I have called at all hours and they have been very polite and if I left messages. They always call back. First rate group.

Not trust worthy do not keep there word they were going to help with some horses took the best one and another we're going to help with three more next time i talked to them they got mad about us calling them never heard from them again
