Description For more than 60 years the Troy & Wentzville Veterinary Clinics have been providing top-notch veterinary services for companion and large animals in Eastern Missouri. Pet owners, farms, and owners of backyard horses in Troy, Wentzville, Moscow Mills, Cave, Flint Hill, New Melle, and throughout Lincoln and St. Charles counties have come to see us as a professional and welcoming home for the care of their animals.
Yesterday we had to say goodbye to my best friend WIllie. The vet was very empathetic and walked us through what to expect during the process. While it was one of the saddest days I've had, I am grateful for everything they did.
Everyone in the office is very pleasant and competent. However, I experienced a different side of them at our most recent visit. My grand dog slipped her collar as we were going in. There were five staff members who rushed out to retrieve her. She had a good run for about 15 minutes before being captured. Definitely above and beyond!! Learned my lesson. It’s a harness from now on.
We have taken all 3 of our English Bulldogs to Wentzville Vet Clinic since 2008!! They are absolutely amazing there! Everyone is so caring and compassionate and you can tell right off the bat they all love animals just as much as we do!! I trust everyone in this office with my fur babies!! Dr. Ragan is literally the bulldog guru so if you need someone who knows everything about the bulldog breed Dr. Ragan is hands down the best around!! We also love Dr. Ryan and Dr. Rowles!! I recommend everyone to Wentzville Vet Clinic, and especially my friends & family who have bulldogs!!
This place should be shut down for malpractice, I went here to have my cat treated for worms and they only gave her one round and told me she did not need another round however she did and because of this I unknowingly exposed her to my other animals giving the other animals worms. Costing me over half a grand to get them all treated when I talked to the main lady about she was unbelievable rude and not apologizic at all horrible service.
Today we had to put down 1 of our dogs. It was a heartbreaking, emotional experience. The vet, techs and receptionist were so kind, compassionate and empathetic. The receptionist even gave my mom and I hugs as we were leaving. I would recommend them to anyone. Euthanasia is not an easy decision and they made it as comfortable as possible for us. I am going going to switch our vet care for our other dogs to this practice. I had never used them before today and felt as if I had been going there for years. Thank you for being so kind 🩷
No better place to take your dog. In fact, there is no better place to take any of your animals. All my dogs, through the years, have been to TWVC and received the TLC we all want for our animal friends. On one occasion, after losing my beautiful Basset Hound, "Pebbles," I told the entire staff at one time how grateful and blessed we are to have them in the neighborhood.
