Brought my dog there to get her groomed. The first appointment went well; however, I did not receive the full package I paid for (she didn’t receive her bandana or the perfume spray). I honestly was a little upset but didn’t mention anything because they seemed busy and the groomer did a good job with the cut. I scheduled another appointment and had to cancel a work meeting to take her to the groomer. I scheduled her appointment through the app where it gives you a series of questions. I answer yes to her having a heart disease, which I answered yes to previously. I arrive and the groomer tells me that she can’t accept my dog because I answered yes to her having a heart disease. She said that they do not have an on call veterinarian therefore it’s a liability to accept a dog with heart disease. I get that 100% but I’m also confused. I answered yes to that question for her first appointment and the groomer took her no questions asked…. If you can’t take a dog because they have a heart disease you shouldn’t be allowed to schedule an appointment if you answered yes on that heart disease question. FYI, if your dog has a heart problem DO NOT take them here because they will not accept you dog.

They were very helpful and showed me where to find odd items I was looking for, including a dog calming pheromone diffuser and probiotics. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and recommended certain products over others that agreed with what my vet had recommended for my dogs. Good experience.

Arrived at 8:35 tonight looked around the store for about 15 minutes. Found what we wanted, picked up a mouse house Cage and some food and tunnels went to go check out, told them what mouse we wanted. And they said since it’s seven minutes to close, they’re not gonna get us a mouse we can come back another time. I will always recommend Petland after this experience. What terrible service in the evening there! Some girl who does not know what she’s even talking about talking rudely to customers at the end of the night. CEO have a conversation with your employees and how they handle your customers in the evening! 10/10/2024

Clean store and cats up for adoption in each window. Staff was very friendly, greeted me, and were helpful with my questions. They have a wide variety of pet supplies as well.

I’ve made two grooming reservations for this month. One on the 1st and one for the 14th. The first got cancelled due to too many groomer call ins. Ok fine…stuff happens. I got the call this morning that once AGAIN they were cancelling due to groomer call ins. They do nothing to remedy the situations besides suggest making another appointment for two weeks out. Don’t waste your time.
