I could not be more grateful to Tom at Upstate Wildlife Rescue. First of all, he returned my call within minutes of me leaving a message. He had another stop to make before ours, but he kept in touch with me via text messages to let me know exactly when he would be to our house. He was at our house approximately one hour after me contacting him. We had a squirrel caught in a cage fence and there was no way my husband and I could release the squirrel. He was caught with no way to get out, and surely would have died. It only took Tom a minute to assess the situation and release that poor animal without any further damage to the animal or the cage, (which I really didn’t care that much about. I was more concerned about the squirrel). Tom was friendly and efficient and a real pleasure to speak with. He answered several other questions for us also. Great guy, great job! Thanks so much, Tom!

Tom is a lifesaver! A bat got into my mom's house in the middle of the night. It was 1am and I didn't have a lot of hope of finding someone so late, but Tom answered the phone immediately and started heading over to her house right away. He promptly caught the bat and identified how it got in the house. My mom thought he did such a great job she hired him to come do a full inspection of the house to determine if there's anywhere else bats can get in. I cannot recommend Tom enough!

Tom was amazing to deal with throughout our ordeal with a bat. Prompt response, excellent communication and he was able to come over quickly to help out. Can’t recommend him enough. We will definitely call him again next time an issue arises.

I called Tom because I've been dealing with raccoons in my attic. He came out the same day and showed me where they're climbing up the house so I can address it myself. We had the very scary experience of having a bat fly through our house very late at night. As my daughter and wife screamed, I quickly scoured the internet for bat removal. After checking his reviews, I realized that Upstate NY Wildlife Control was the place to call. Tom was out in a flash, inspected the house and identified the two areas where the bat might have entered the house. We've had those two spots sealed and haven't seen the bat since. Tom was knowledgeable, very friendly and was quick to solve our problem. He's a wealth of knowledge and we couldn't have been more impressed. He's also one hell of a climber too and we started calling him spiderman as he moved around our roof. Tom, we love you but forgive me for saying, we hope we don't see you again. LOL Tom Green
