We adopted Tadpole and Joey in June. After almost 5 months we can say without a doubt these were the most well-socialized and sweetest kittens we have been owned by in over 30 years in service to our feline family. We are so very grateful of the great start they’ve had in life! Thank you OKC!

Orphan Kitten Club is an amazing rescue and resource for the community. As a volunteer and donor to this organization I am always impressed at the level of care they provide to each kitten, along with other species they rescue, and the important TNR work they do in San Diego. In additional to local work OKC provides Mightycat grants across the country. They are helping countless tiny lives in San Diego and beyond.

OKC truly prioritizes kitten wellbeing as well as happiness. You know when you adopt from them that your new forever friend has received exceptional care and so much love. They have everything they need, including incredible staff and volunteers, to make sure every kitten is socialized, healthy, and prepared for wherever they go. So grateful to have them in San Diego! They have a neonatal nursery and a Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program! They really cover the full spectrum of cat care. Plus it was started by Hannah Shaw known as The Kitten Lady and she has a bunch of helpful videos and tutorials.

Working with the OKC team and clubhouse has been such a joy! These kittens are some of the best socialized that I’ve seen and it’s so clean and tidy. Can’t wait to go back!
