I have been a 14 year customer here and this morning was the final straw. Things have been declining here for years now and I have basically put up with it. First off - the front office staff needs empathy training. They have zero understanding of the connection between pets and their owners. They handle things like a dental office. The pricing for meds and other services are much higher than other local vets and the owner seems to feed off of the fact that they are in Villa Park and their should be some type of premium. I was just charged a 30% premium for an allergy shot because my dog was 1 pound over their pricing guidelines. Ludicrous. Lastly - the practicing vet who has been there for some time (Dr. Miles - who is awesome) is leaving here in the next week or so. There are better options out there. Do your own due diligence.

They are beyond the most AMAZING vet clinic we've been too. They took care of our 1st dog her entire life til her last days at 15 1/2. They never force or over charge on meds or whatever. Yes some meds or procedures can be pricy but could be worse. They care about their clients & the pets. The docs are very sweet, caring, answer all the questions you have or give suggestions, etc. All the staff are very caring & sweet. Even when animals pass away they make sure people are quiet in respecting others grief. Now they care for my new pup. Villa Park Animal Clinic will always be our vet🐾🐶

I just love Dr. Miles. She is always happy when we see her. My dogs are not afraid to walk through the door for their appointments. The office is pretty busy, but that's because she is that good and worth the wait.

Since getting my pup 6 years ago I have been coming here. Dr. Miles has been the best in her practice and taking care of my pup. This made my day today when I walked in the exam room!!

This is where our dog goes for his medical needs, the vet got down on the floor and gave buddy so much love, he really likes to go there, such a soul warming experience, his entire check up was the vet and Buddy and I all hanging out and talking, really enjoyable visit.
