Pet Care Center of Apopka has been a blessing to me and my newest family member, Bella. Both Dr. Gadiyaram and his assistant were great with Bella. She is a very reactionary dog. She is rowdy and loud but when I handed her leash over, she quietly and calmly walked into the mobile vet van. The entire process from setting the appointment to the actual visit was a pleasure. This morning I got a follow up phone call to make sure Bella is doing OK. I have never had a vet care so much. The mobile vet service is a true blessing to me. Well worth the little bit extra added to the bill. We will stay with Pet Care Center of Apopka for the rest of our lives.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am that we went here! Dr. G was awesome and his nurse even more so (forgive me that I forgot her name, lousy memory) the front desk staff were equally as kind and thoughtful! One of the girls even helped us by giving us a jump when my friend evidently left the lights on in the truck! They took such good care of my ShoreT boy and he’s on the road to recovery! I highly recommend them and know your pet is in good hands!! ❤️ Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 🙏🏻

Do not bring your pet to this place. They literally killed my dog. I took him in for vaccinations and minor skin irritation on his back. He came out completely with no energy. I knew something was wrong immediately and that they did something to him. They even called the next day asking if Buddy was okay which confirmed my suspicions. I told them no, he has no energy, his eyes look like he has mucous, and he’s just staring at the wall. His hair started falling off immediately after so I got meds for him a couple days later that the vet said would cure the infection. The meds only made it worse. The 4 photos of my dog a day after his visit on 4/5 and the last 3 photos are of the day we had to put him to sleep with another vet. , and that was only on 4/30 because of rapid deterioration. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE Reply to owner: That is a lie sir. We haven’t been to your office since April of 2022 when we boarded him with you guys and got the package that came with a bath and you guys never bathed him. April 5th 2024 was two years since we came to your office. Also on April 5th 2024 you did sedate him when you gave him the “ vaccinations”.

i went here in hoping to treat my dog for fleas and i was mistaken. all my dogs hair started falling out and the vet lady didn’t even care. they tried to just say that stuff happens sometimes my husky who has so much hair is now loosing it all and i’m left having to spend more money to care for him . they did nothing about it but try to charge me more money. don’t go here!!!

I absolutely have to tell you how amazing my experience was/is here. My 3mo puppy Blaze was not doing well and I brought him in on a Saturday and got immediate help with his fever and tummy issues. He was acting out of character the next Monday and of course he was being dramatic but their concerns stayed consistent and didn't make me feel overconcerned. Now here it is Tuesday and we have a fever again. I feel like a first time Mom calling so much but from the phone call to the greeting to the visit... I felt so validated and comforted that they cared so much. Front desk is always sweet and efficient. David is amazing and very knowledgeable but compassionate with you as an owner. They go the extra mile for you and actually listen to you. Super translucent on issues and costs. My baby boy was treated with so much love and respect and the concern shown by anyone walking through that office is comforting. The groomer even knew who he was and the struggle we have had with him and we haven't even talked about grooming yet. This isnt just a vet office it's a family and I'm really happy Blaze has somewhere so dependable to go when he needs anything. I really appreciate you all ❤️

We decided to try this place out because they were closer to our house and our current vet is VERY expensive. First impressions were a C: front desk girl was rude and apathetic but girl in the room with us was nice. I always get a little sketched out when the doctors don’t examine my dogs in the room with me so I can meet them (especially for a first visit), but it’s fine. We get what we needed and talked about continuing their current meds. Fast forward a month, and I realize I didn’t get a script for their meds. I called and they refused to approve them because now they need more tests to be done…even though they didn’t say that at the time. The doctor refused to talk to me over the phone and just wanted to keep answering questions through the receptionist which was incredibly frustrating. It made a 3 minute phone call into a much longer frustrating phone call. Not the vet for us. We’ll keep looking for one who can actually spare us time.
