Highly recommend this vet! My husband and I have used them recently 3 different times with 3 different dogs and left happy without spending a fortune. Personally it works out great for us that they do not schedule appointments. Our schedule is always crazy and it's nice that as soon as we see we the need to take a pet to the vet we can just take them and go during their business hours and it's not an emergency fee. Also when we have gone we haven't had to wait long... without an appointment! In the past at other vets, we have scheduled appointments, taken time off work and still have to wait a while...not here!! Special thank you to Dr. Miller for being spot on with your treatment and also for your kindness with our dogs!

I cannot thank the staff at this office enough for treating both myself and my kitty cat with the utmost kindness and care during our visit. My cat, Billy, had a dental emergency on Monday afternoon and I was a wreck. My wife and I spent several hours calling all of the local clinics seeing if we could get him seen. We moved on from clinic to clinic as the staff stated over the phone that their surgeon's had departed, that they don't handle dental, that they don't have availability, etc. We called West Innes Animal Hospital and was able to get him into the vet at this office within twelve hours. This is a family-run business - the original Dr. Steinman is the vet that Billy saw. He is incredibly knowledgeable and his bedside manner, even in an emergency, provides such a comforting atmosphere for the humans as well as the animals. The treatment costs were very reasonable and the aftercare instructions were very clear. It has been two days since he had four teeth extracted, and Billy is the most active and happy I have seen him in months - and I am awash with relief. I am so grateful to the staff at West Innes Animal Hospital!

The staff and doctors go above and beyond what is the norm of what you would expect of a vet hospital! You're treated like the most important patient being treated. On one occasion 2 of the receptionists, the doctor and her assistants stayed past closing because of an emergency situation with one of my cats!

Prices are decent they were very friendly and very friendly to my pet ❤ them being walk in no appt needed makes things easier also. They have a dog groomer with more than 15 years experience and my dog loves her! She doesn't charge an arm and a leg like some places and my dog is shih tzu so we have to take him every 4-6 weeks to keep him looking handsome 😉 the picture is of my dog after he had his hair day with the groomer. New photos ...got em shaved for summer☀️ He has grown back some fur since this pic. Still going to groomer at vet she is awesome.
